Do Supplements Really Work?

Take a good look at any recent picture of me. I’m nearly 40 and I eat out at least THREE times a week, and by that I mean I have a three course meal consisting of things like bread, cheese, pies, battered halloumi (my favourite), chips, pudding (normally sticky toffee and custard) and petit fours (think; mass carb/sugar overload). Now, look at that picture of me again. I don’t look bad, all things considered eh? Bearing in mind that the older you get, the harder it is to lose those annoying bingo wings and love handles. I’m a size 8 and I don’t have bingo wings (FYI). And here’s why:
