Why having a training partner is essential

My training partner is my next door neighbour and I’m extremely lucky that she’s also a PT by profession. She text me one day and said “do you fancy training together?” and I jumped up and down for joy and said “YES!!!!!” I’m lucky enough to have a home gym, but let me tell you; even that sometimes isn’t enough to make me want to go and train.
