Since I kicked my ex out a LOT has happened. There’s a lot I can’t tell you at the moment since it is now in the hands of the law but rest assured I am fine and being safe-guarded and have a LOT of support. What HAS come to light in view of this situation is how many people are in an abusive relationship and I have had so many messages from people asking how I stay so strong, how to get OUT of an abusive relationship, how to even realise in the first place that you are in an abusive relationship and what steps you can take to help yourself. So today’s blog is going to be about all of the above. I’m going to try to show you how you too can be strong, how you can recognise the signs, what to do and what options there are for you to escape and also I’m going to talk about why you should NEVER EVER stay in an abusive relationship. I will also be talking about how I stay so strong and positive as I’ve had SO many messages asking me how I do that too. I will talk about how to control your own mind to feel relief instead of upset when a relationship ends.
