Well hello there! Welcome to my all singing, all dancing website. Here you will find blogs, fitness & diet advice, photos, videos and recipes. These will all be exclusive to this website and will not be available on social media. Let me give you an idea of what you’re getting here:
My blogs are about all sorts of things; from my everyday life (juggling two businesses, staying fit, caring for ten animals, running a house and being in the public eye), to my Guide To Dating, which is HILARIOUS (please do tweet me and tell me what sort of man you’d like me to write about next if I haven’t already covered him), to restaurant reviews and general life advice and tips. I LOVE writing and twitter’s 140 characters just doesn’t quite cut it when needing to put my thoughts down so I finally have an outlet to be able to spew up what’s in my brain onto a page. These blogs will consist of my innermost thoughts, ramblings and opinions (as you know I’m quite opinionated). I will write about anything and everything and will also be including within the blogs all my most asked questions (everything from “how do you get all your animals to get along so well to “how do you stay so strong when getting over a break up”). I’m so excited about my blogs – I feel like they’re the “realest” thing about me that I can possibly give you. Instagram and the like are FAB for giving the public an insight into my life but nothing beats a written blog for really helping people, motivating people, making people laugh and giving advice. The Guide to Dating blogs make me laugh out loud when writing them and I often go back and read them again just for the laughs (any men reading; don’t take offence, I love men really).
The Fitness section contains advice about fitness and body goals; including toning up, weight loss, muscle definition and learning to love yourself. There are exclusive videos and photos, as well as handy tips for exercising at home. I talk about why you shouldn’t be scared of the gym, why weights DON’T make you big and how, at 38 years old I have a better body now than I did at 23!! I describe things you can be doing to make a big difference to your body, ways to stay healthy and fit and why so many people are doing the WRONG exercise to try and achieve their goals. I’m very proud of my body and how I look at my age but I also want to enjoy life (and by enjoy, I mean eat a 3 course meal twice a week with a stodgy dessert and loads of custard) and so I DO. And I think I look good for it. I never feel guilty about what I eat and I don’t count calories – here you will find all my tips and tricks for having your dream body but also being able to eat without guilt and enjoy life!
For a long time I’ve been posting pictures of the food I make on my social media and all I ever get asked is “can we have the recipe?” – Well, now you can!! Most of my food is veggie (and I have an endless supply of ideas and creative meals for veggies, or people who want to go veggie, or just eat healthier), however, with many of my recipes I will also include how to add meat into it if you are a meat eater. The thing I hear the most from meat eaters is “I’d love to be veggie but I just don’t know what I’d eat/what I’d replace the meat with” so here you will find a fountain of ideas and amazing meals, starters, snacks and desserts with step by step guides and videos showing the exact process. A lot of my meals are designed to be quick and easy (I’m a big fan of making life easy for those who are busy and juggling multiple things in life) so you can go stock up your fridge and have things that are really easy to prepare yet are an explosion of taste in the mouth and also healthy and nutritious. I’ve been cooking for a long time (I also won Celebrity Come Dine With Me due to my incredible cheese soufflés) and I LOVE food more than life!
So there you have it; this website is like a one stop shop for all your fitness, recipe, diet, gym (and overall life) needs! By signing up and being part of this hub of online delight I will motivate you, empower you, inspire you, help you, encourage you AND make your life easier. I will entertain you, shock you and challenge you and I also aim to make you laugh (A LOT). I’m woman who has been through just about everything life can throw at one person and I’m standing here today happier than I’ve ever been (and more knowledgeable). Come and share my journey……..
