Last week I had a conversation with my gym girls and this morning one of them told me how she had explained my views to her best friend about this conversation and how they had both thought it a really interesting topic. When we originally had the chat I didn’t think anything of it; it was just me spouting my honest opinions (and ranting) as per usual and to me was just an interesting chat while we took it in turns to do a chest press. Hearing today though that my lovely gym mate had then gone away and spoken to HER best mate about it got me thinking that I should write a blog about it as perhaps it IS interesting or certainly worthy of a blog. Now please understand me; these are my views and you don’t have to listen to them (you can stop reading right now if you like), I’m simply stating what I think to be true and you know me; I don’t hold back.
