Here’s something I can’t stand: a man (or woman actually) with a limp handshake! I mean, what’s that about? Maybe it’s just my dirty mind but it reminds me of something else that might be limp and none of us particularly want to think about a flaccid member when we walk into a business meeting. Also when the handshake is weak it makes you think the man on the end of it is weak too. I don’t want a crushing, painful handshake, just a good firm one. A solid, positive one, one that says “Nice to meet you” and “I’m confident”. Not one that feels like you’re trying to shake the hand of a sleeping baby girl.
