Flat Belly, miserable friends and gratitude….. 14/1/2018
I posted a photo earlier of my flat tummy after a week on JMEAL (from www.jstnutrition.com). Basically over Christmas and my birthday I ate WAY too much cake and developed a little pot belly. Now, I don’t mind a pot belly and I’m not afraid to put on a bit of weight but having eaten so much I’d actually put myself off food so I decided to do a week on JMEAL and show everyone how quickly you can lose weight on it. I had a shake for breakfast and lunch and then a normal dinner. Dinner could be anything from something healthy like a plate of veg or a dirty great pizza. I just have whatever I fancy for dinner. I didn’t eat desserts though and if I had a sweet craving or wanted a snack I had a JDIET shake or a banana and some strawberries. And my pot belly literally vanished! My products really do work! Unfortunately I didn’t take a “before” photo – it didn’t really cross my mind to take a photo of my pregnant looking belly haha, however if you watch my kitchen karaoke videos on Instagram, you can see in those that my belly definitely wasn’t flat (they were filmed on Boxing Day). My products really do work and I wouldn’t be shouting about it from the rooftops if they didn’t! JMEAL is a fully compliant meal replacement full of protein, vitamins and minerals and it’s such a good way to kick start your weight loss with a bang! I just have them with water but you can also have them with milk or almond milk or something similar. They’re really thick and creamy and fill you up, plus they taste AMAZING!!
In other news I have
